Answer #1
Samsung is known for producing innovative devices such as the Galaxy S and SII. For starters, Galaxy SII comes with a larger screen compared to its predecessor while retaining some key specs. Regardless of having a larger display and consequently a bigger body for accommodating the screen, Galaxy SII boasts of a lighter weight than Galaxy S. Even though the weight might not be easily noticeable, users will feel that SII is much thinner in their hands.
1. Processor
Galaxy S was fitted with the A8 single core processor, but the newer Galaxy SII comes with a faster A9 dual core processor. The faster processor of Galaxy SII greatly helps in phones that commonly use multitasking feature. The opened applications are evenly spread across two cores, thus easing the stress and avoiding congestion.
2. Memory
Memory has been greatly upped in the new Galaxy SII. In this case, everything found on Galaxy S is doubled on Galaxy SII. While Galaxy S had 8GB and 16GB models with 512MB, Galaxy SII comes with 16GB and 32GB models with 1GB RAM. Furthermore, Galaxy SII offers a better storage capacity due the option of expanding the memory to 32GB.
3. Camera
With regards to camera, Galaxy S comes with a great 5MP camera. The SII has the same high quality camera while enhancing the resolution up to 8MP. The benefit of the camera on SII is that it has LED flash to cater for situations with low light. While you may not see any difference when comparing photos from these phones except when you print them in large formats, but the resolution of SII would certainly give it a benefit. Furthermore, while Galaxy S shoots videos at 720p, Galaxy SII records at 1080p.
In conclusion, Galaxy SII offers better features compared to Galaxy S and thus it is the best option to purchase.
