Certainly, most people are used to processed food mainly because it is often available anywhere and anytime it is needed. A product of a cow’s milk which is processed by removing its water content through a vacuum procedure and where sugar is added to it is known as condensed milk while the whole regular milk is the one produced by mammals in their mammary glands wherein the white liquid hasn’t passed any pasteurization and homogenization yet. Compared to condensed milk, raw milk is considered to be healthier and is one of the major sources of calcium. Although condensed milk already passed the pasteurization process causing a reduction in some of its vitamins and mineral, it is mainly beneficial by killing bacteria compared to those raw milk from other mammals which highly exposes people to bacterial diseases. It’s not at all positive anyway, everything has a negative side, same for raw milk since its not processed people have chances of being infected affecting their health. It could even affect the anti-stiffness factor thus there is a lesser absorption of minerals. Still, its health benefits outnumbered its risks therefore drinking milk is advised to ensure a complete diet. In terms of breast milk, it is highly recommended by most doctors to be used to feed for an infant that contains the necessary nutrients needed during the early stages of their life. If you based the nutrients you can get out of raw milk from condensed milk, more nutrients are found in raw milk. It is even considered as a perfect food, a reason enough for most doctors to highly recommend breastfeeding among babies. Despite the fact that condensed milk also contains calcium, raw milk is still considered to be the best source and nothing can replace it so far until these days. Another positive side for condensed milk is its shelf-time that could last at a maximum of two years if the can is left unopened while raw milk can only be consumed within an hour or two once it is already ejected out of the body.
