LG and HTC are leading firms that are known all over the world for manufacturing innovative devices. Their latest creations, Optimus Pad and Flyer respectively, have consumers thrilled. Both devices use Android as the operating system but they have numerous differences.
1. HTC Flyer
Packed with an appealing 7” screen, wireless capabilities and a powerful 1.5GHz process, the Flyer is great for people in search of a more compact and innovative tablet. This tablet also runs the efficient Android 2.4.
HTC sense is included in the Flyer so as to enhance the overall user experience. This user interface focuses on delighting and surprising users with its beautiful 3D home page. A unique collection of widgets also places the most important information and content at the center.
With HTC Scribe, users of HTC Flyer can better interact with their device due to the enhanced pen experience. Beside the touch screen feature, users can also use a pen to better command the device. This makes writing on the screen easier and you can even draw a clear image using the pen.
2. Optimus Pad
The Optimus Pad can be best described as a powerful and versatile tablet. It uses Honeycomb and a dual core processor to provide unrivalled speed and performance. It utilizes its great processing power to offer multitasking capabilities, better web browsing, quick application start up and an enhanced graphics display.
The notable Optimus Pad feature is its 3D capability that allows both 3D photos and videos. It also has a HDMI connection port to connect the tablet to the television to watch the videos. With 1080p HD decoding, owners can transfer HD content to the TV without losing any quality.
Lastly, LG claims that their 8.9” on Pad is the best size for any tablet. In contrast, HTC Flyer just has a 7” display.
