Coming from one of the world’s known motorcycle and automobile manufacturers, Civic and Integra are two of Honda’s highly recognized and sought after compact vehicles because of its stylish designs, reliability, and fuel efficiency. Despite the fact that both are fashioned and assembled by Honda, Civic and Integra have features that may set them apart. Below are the facts.
Honda Civic, on one hand, has come a long way since it was first introduced in the market in the year 1972. The Civic lineup is a success that it continue to expand and is being updated up to present. Honda Integra, on the other hand, is a luxurious front engine and front-wheel drive compact car that is specifically designed to have a sporty appearance and performance. It is also known as Acura Integra as sold in the market. Among its many credentials, Integra is a consistent recipient of various awards given by leading car magazines since the year 1987 up until 2006.
Civic and Integra both have Type R and Type S models. And each models are further classified into different generations that also adds to the variation among the cars. But in general, Honda Civic is designed for everyday driving for every type of people whereas Honda Integra are limited edition cars that are specifically designed for sporty and race car enthusiasts.
Among car experts and fans, Integra is said to have the advantage over Civic when it comes to speed and other features. But in terms of price, Civic is the popular choice. Choosing the best model between the two is hard to say since both are produced by one company therefore the same quality and reliability can be expected.
